PM² Project Management Methodology

One common, free and open Project Management Methodology for Europe

PM² (read “P-M-squared”) is a Project Management Methodology developed and supported by the European Commission (EC) and used and sponsored by many other EU Institutions. Its purpose is to enable project teams to manage their projects effectively and deliver solutions and benefits to their organisations, partners and stakeholders.

PM² is a lean and easy-to-use methodology which captures the experience EU Institutions have gained from managing thousands of projects, change initiatives, programmes and grants, perfectly suitable for use in any type of organisation or project.

Member-driven and volunteer-led, the PM² Alliance is an international, not-for-profit organisation. Founded by PM² practitioners, the Alliance brings together individuals from institutions, companies and the academia to inspire dialogue, share resources, and address the field’s challenges while promoting the wider adoption of the PM² Methodology.

Freeconcept is a partner of the European Academy, promoting Portuguese specific training, and also enrollment in international, English lectured courses, for those who need this language to operate in their organizational environment.
